Is there any cancellation fees?

Order processing will start within 24 hours after receipt of your order. You cannot cancel your order once it’s in production.

Order cancellation is only possible within the first 24 hours.

Note: There is no cancellation/refund on orders with custom options added.

Be sure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 20% handling charge and will not be refunded.

All RosemaryDoll dolls have gone through the official quality check before leaving the factory. If your sex doll has any defects when receiving it and has not been used in any way, we can arrange the doll to be returned as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your doll. However, we do not cover the return shipping costs.
