While the TPE doll with the ultra-soft skin option is about 40% softer than the regular TPE doll, the ultra-soft skin is more fragile than the default skin. Its scratch resistance is reduced by 40%. If your doll falls, it will be more vulnerable than the default skin doll. If damage occurs during transportation, the factory will not provide any after-sales service.
