Can the doll do doggy style?Can the doll rest on its hands and knees?Or is it to much punishment on the hands?

Yes, the doll can rest on its hands and knees, as long as it does not keep that position for long. In fact, the dolls strike a similar pose in some of our doll model promotional posters.  

The doll's hand will inevitably be under a certain amount of pressure as well, but it is within a controlled range and there is no need to worry too much.
